Alicia Keys To Perform @ GRAMMYS, Kaney West Adds More Dates to Tour, & Jill Scott Endorses In Clothing Line

Alicia Keys has joined the list of performers tapped for the 50th Annual Grammy Awards, to be broadcast on CBS Feb. 10. Feist and Brad Paisley have also been added to the performance lineup, while Natalie Cole, Juanes, Cyndi Lauper, Bette Midler and Bonnie Raitt were booked as presenters. Previously announced performers include Beyoncé; Foo Fighters; Carrie Underwood; 2008 MusiCares Person of the Year Aretha Franklin, Mary J. Blige, the Clark Sisters, Israel And New Breed, and Trin-I-Tee 5:7 in a special gospel segment; and Rihanna with a reunited the Time in a special 50th anniversary segment. Keys, a nine-time Grammy winner, has two nods this year for Best Female R&B Vocal Performance ("No One") and Best R&B Song ("No One," along with Dirty Harry and Kerry Brothers).

Kanye West has announced that more dates are being worked out for his Glow in the Dark tour, which launched in the UK last year in support of his latest album "Graduation." The effort will feature opening acts Rihanna, Lupe Fiasco and N.E.R.D., West revealed in a posting on his blog. Dates and venues have yet to be announced, however, West told Billboard last summer he would be collaborating with Madonna choreographer Jamie King on the tour. With West, Fiasco and N.E.R.D.'s Pharrell Williams in the building, expect to see a performance from the trio's side project, Child Rebel Soldier (CRS). The group's lone single, the Thom Yorke-sampling "US Placers," was an Internet hit last summer.

Diana Ross Booed By Fans In Jamaica & Is Beyonce Going To Play Etta James In New Film?

Imagine being a life long Diana Ross fan and paying some 70 or 80 bucks to see her in concert, only to be so far away that you can't see any part of her, or even the stage itself. This was a frustrating reality for many Jamaican fans at Saturday's Air Jamaica Jazz and Blues Festival in Montego Bay. The event turned ugly when host Don Topping announced Ross' request that she not be filmed for large video screens that would allow everyone at the Acquaduct Rose Hall to see her performance. Needless to say, her decisions caused many in the crowd of roughly 40,000 to boo and heckle The Boss throughout her hour-long performance, which went unseen by most audience members seated too far away. Festival rep Carlette DeLeon released a statement admitting that "the much anticipated performance of Diana Ross on Saturday proved somewhat disappointing to many patrons who expected a very interactive set."

"Miss Ross' request to have a restricted display of her performance however, inconvenienced patrons who were left feeling distanced from the stage and her performance," she continued. Jawn Murray of AOL Black Voices was on hand with a video camera and captured one round of booing after Topping announced there would be no videotaping of Ross' set. According to local entertainment television correspondent Candice Buchanan, many fans had been looking forward to the performance for months, only to come away without actually seeing the Detroit native."[They were] saving up their moneys to make sure they wouldn't miss this once in a lifetime performance by their favorite star Diana Ross," said Buchanan. "Now for them to get there and be deprived of even a glimpse of Miss Ross was indeed a major blow. That coupled with the fact that her performance was low energy and filled with lip synching lead to the [reaction] she received. Apparently Jamaicans felt dissed by the diva and lost interest."

Beyonce Knowles will play singing powerhouse Etta James in the upcoming film "Cadillac Records," which explores the black music scene during 1950s Chicago while telling the story of Chess Records founder, Leonard Chess. Confirmed cast member Cedric the Entertainer mentioned that Beyonce had booked the role while promoting his upcoming film, "Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins." He told reporters at the roundtable it was a small role. As previously reported, Jeffrey Wright will play Muddy Waters, while Adrien Brody, Columbus Short, Emmanuelle Chriqui and Tammy Blanchard are also on board. Filming will take place in New Jersey and Mississippi.

If this woman doesn't just give up the whole acting thing... Beyonce give it a rest. You're a performer not an actress.

Kelly Rowland Calls Beyonce & Michelle Slobs

Former Destiny's Child star Kelly Rowland has labelled her former bandmate Beyonce Knowles a "slob".The 26-year-old told music website urbanplanet.co.uk that touring with the hugely successful three-piece became nightmarish because of the slovenly habits of Beyonce and Michelle Williams.Though Rowland refused to rule out the chance of a Destiny's Child reunion, her comments suggest she is delighted to be touring solo, ahead of the release of her new album Ms Kelly."They're both slobs," she explained. "We would get on a tour bus and they'd flick off their shoes. And I’d be like, 'No! That’s the corner for shoes!' "I'm a neat freak. I make them crazy," she added. Rowland, who sold over 100 million records with Destiny's Child, admitted to feeling frustration at continual comparisons with her glamorous bandmate, saying: "People should respect me in my own solo right."

The singer also rubbished recent rumours that she's been dating Radio 1 DJ Reggie Yates.Rowland has been linked with Yates while promoting her new single Work but laughed off the claims, saying the former Top of the Pops presenter isn't her type."He's not tall, dark and handsome! He's tall, bright, and… I guess cute? Reggie's more like a friend. We were just hanging out at a party and exchanged information," she said."I've been linked to three British men here," she continued. "And it's ok because you know it happens, I'm gonna be linked with someone else by the end of the year. Who cares?"Rowland also admitted that while she loves the Destiny's Child smash Say My Name, the songs Bootylicious and Bug A Boo became further reasons to look forward to a solo career.

Here is the new video "Buck In Here" by Dj Felli Fel, Akon, Diddy, Ludacris and Lil Jon. This video leaked last week, but I wasn't sure if it was a new leaked music video or not. I'm not into this song. Akon's chipmunk voice is so damn annoying! Plus, the beat is wack. It's trying to have a hard club banger beat but doesn't get me moving. The chorus "clap, clap, clap, clap" is iight though. Even though I don't really like the song, I do like the video. I like the lights and the graphics. Anyway, check out the video up above.

Why would you date a white girl, Latina, or Asian just because of her race? It makes no sense.
